POSITION: Cabinet Maker
1 Location: Hollywood, FL
For 55 years, Hollywood Woodwork has been a leader in producing high-end architectural commercial millwork projects across the United States and the Caribbean. Recently, we've expanded our services to include new divisions in stone, metal, and residential projects. Our combined 120,000 sq. ft. high-tech manufacturing facilities in South Florida are home to a team of over 150 employees with diverse backgrounds and expertise.

Responsibilities:
Overall:

• Fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets and millwork according to specifications and design drawings.
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, sanding, and joining wood components.
• Maintain clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow all safety, hazard, and lockout procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and techniques to enhance your skills and craftsmanship.

Requirements: (Hiring all levels):

• Cabinet Makers: All Levels- Beginners- Experienced.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to match materials for color, grain, texture, knots and other features; Good hardwood, veneer, and panel knowledge.
• Knowledge of woodworking principles and techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment is a plus.
