Come Grow With Us! Pyramid Global Hospitality is an industry leading and growing global hotel management company. We are seeking an PM part-time busser to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top notch experience for all of our guests through back of the house service in food and beverage. This is an opportunity to combine your can do attitude with a passion for service. If this describes you and you love what you do, we are interested in talking to you.

• Demonstrate your ability to be a team player
• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
• Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
• Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
• Attend monthly departmental meetings
• Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar
• Follow opening & closing side work sheet for food runner position

This is a 2nd shift position working in our fine dining restaurant The Dan.
