Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper/accountant to support our fast-growing team. In this role, you will help track and process payments for employees, contractors, and commission checks for referral partners.

As a remote position, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage payments to employees and contractors, including commission checks to referral partners.
Communicate effectively with the team using email, Slack, and Asana.
Ensure accuracy in your work by meticulously checking for errors.
Attend bi-monthly meetings during US hours to review payments.
Organize and store documents using Google Drive.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills via email, Slack, and Asana.
A friendly and positive attitude - we value being part of a nice, collaborative team.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (non-native speakers welcome).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to self-direct your work.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay motivated.
Must have reliable internet access.
This is a self-paced remote position, and while we ideally prefer someone who can commit to 20+ hours per week, we are open to part-time candidates who can offer fewer hours initially.
