Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work part-time within a K-12 school setting in Hampden, ME. The role focuses on providing behavioral support through comprehensive assessments and collaborative consultation to enhance student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with Day Treatment program providers to support integrated behavioral interventions.
• Provide ongoing consultation and guidance to school staff and related service teams.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience conducting FBAs and designing effective behavioral intervention plans.
• Ability to consult effectively with educational and clinical teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule and Duration:

• Part-time position, approximately 8 hours per week, with potential to increase up to 16 hours based on budget availability.
• Contract role for the duration of the school year (NSY).
