Sanchez Law Firm - We are a Houston based law firm seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Intake Specialaist for our Edinburg office. This position plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct initial client intake, gathering necessary information to assess legal needs.
Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a legal, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
