Immediately hiring Remote Bilingual Call Center Agents!

We are looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Agents that work from home to add to our growing team. We provide on the job PAID training. Previous call center work is a plus, but is not required. If you have excelled in any customer service industry, know your way around computers, have a friendly and positive attitude and have excellent writing and communication skills, then this position is for you!

What happens on the weekend when your child is sick and you need medical advice? Our compassionate agents take your call and reassure you that an on call doctor will be reached. Compensation: $20/ Hour

A day in the life of a Remote Call Center Agent:

You will find life at our company a busy but satisfying one. After you have been fully trained, you will log in at the start of your shift and 'go ready' to begin taking calls. Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers in a positive and helpful way, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only, we do not perform any outbound or sales calls.

What are we looking for from our applicants?

• Bilingual- fluent in reading/writing/speaking both Spanish and English
• Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
• Holiday work required
• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong spelling and grammar
• Computer skills
• Dependability
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• A quiet home office free from distractions

Shifts offered:

• Part-Time: 14.5-19.5 hours, dependent on shifts available
• Shift schedules available vary however it is a set schedule
  • Mon-Fri, with one weekend day (Sat OR Sun)
• Training: 1-2 Weeks
