Key Responsibilities include ensuring program expectations and rules adherence, participating as an active member of the treatment team, documenting client behaviors, assisting in admission/orientation, coordinating calls and crisis response, assisting clients in daily activities, monitoring client activities and health, facilitating education or recreation groups, adhering to medication policies, providing transportation, maintaining behavior standards, completing mandatory trainings, attending meetings, screening detox clients, and other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required include knowledge of confidentiality laws, ability to establish rapport, and effective communication skills. Experience and Education Qualifications require a High School education or equivalent and two years responsible employment history or exceptions by Executive Team. Employment Requirements include evidence of being free of infectious diseases, successful background checks, completion of orientation and training, certifications in First Aid and CPR, behavioral management training, valid driver's license, and age requirements for vehicle operation. Physical Requirements involve sedentary work with occasional exertion.
