Responsibilities - Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and solid computer skills.
- Successful sales background.
- Minimum 1 year prior insurance sales experience preferred.
