This role requires proficiency in various techniques, including; clipper and shear haircuts, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide a range of hair services including cutting, gray blending, and styling while adhering to the latest trends and techniques.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
* Recommend additional products and services to clients based on their individual preferences and needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with state regulations.
* Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
* Be a great team member participating to create a great working environment.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling, and cutting techniques.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
* Strong Recommendation abilities to promote products and services effectively.
* Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
