Job Title: Azure Data Architect (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 20 to 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Azure Architecture and Azure. This role involves leading the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. The Principal Architect will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions using Azure Architecture.

· Oversee the development of architectural blueprints and detailed documentation.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

· Ensure that cloud solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Drive innovation and efficiency within the organization by leveraging Azure services.

· Conduct regular reviews of cloud architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

· Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cloud deployments.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Azure technologies.

· Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

· Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all cloud solutions.

· Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and performance.

· Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party tools and services to enhance cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

· Possess extensive experience in Azure Architecture and Azure.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions.

· Have a deep understanding of cloud security and compliance requirements.

· Display a track record of driving innovation and efficiency in cloud environments.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 09/19/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 – $175,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
