RRT Automotive is hiring a full-time technician to service and maintain  street and track vehicles for our clients, with a primary focus on  BMW, Porsche, and Audi . This role blends high-level diagnostics with hands-on craftsmanship—ideal for a technician who thrives on precision, performance, and problem-solving.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on modern European platforms (powertrain, chassis, electrical, CAN/LIN communications).
• Service and maintain street cars and track cars; validate work with road tests and logged test results.
• Identify safety and reliability issues specific to track/race use.
• Follow structured inspection checklists; document findings with notes, photos, and test data.
• Execute routine services (oil service, inspections, tires, alignments) and advanced repairs (engine and drivetrain).
• Verify repair effectiveness using scan tools, meters, scopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a  clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

What makes you a strong fit

• 5+ years professional experience in automotive repair (European experience required;  BMW/Porsche strongly preferred).
• Proven skill diagnosing  highly modified vehicles; race-car experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of  suspension geometry, chassis setup, engine fundamentals, and modern electronics/communication networks .
• ASE certifications are highly favorable.

Compensation & tools

• Flat-rate compensation structure.
• Technician provides personal  toolbox and standard tool set .
• RRT supplies  manufacturer/specialty tools and diagnostic equipment .

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ; occasional support for special events as needed.
