Auto Sales rep:
Hiring Immediately - Bilingual and English Speaking Automotive Sales Reps No Sales Experience Required

Job Description:
On average we sell 30-50 used cars a week and we are always looking for talented sales associates interested in high volume auto sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in automotive sales or in a public/client facing customer service role. They would have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive a manual if needed.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet & assist customers
Maintain & upkeep the sales floor
Take customers on test drives
Solve any problems the customer may have
Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
Build customer relationships to drive sales
Set a clear goal for your sales performance
Show up on time
Adhere to uniform requirements
Work independently throughout the day
Qualifications(Certifications, Skills):
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (not required)
Good organizational skills
Capable communicator
Ability to excel in a high paced industry
Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required)
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with a background in either customer service or sales. Prior sales experience is not required.
Compensation:
Average Yearly Compensation: up to $120,000+
