Position Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth through exceptional service and sales efforts. This role blends recruiting, client service, and business development, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various client openings across multiple industries.
• Manage job postings and proactively identify qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and onboarding processes as needed.

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and client relationship management tools (CRM).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
