Job Title:Associate Director, Business Applications
Job Location: Emeryville, CA Hybrid
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of business applications to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex application ecosystems, a deep understanding of business processes, and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for business applications, aligning with organizational objectives.
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications.
Manage a team of business application analysts and developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and prioritize projects.
Oversee system integrations and data management processes.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices for application management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and leading business applications teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and their integration with business processes.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: $161,000 - $250,000 per year.
