The Associate Creative Director's Mission As Associate Creative Director, you will spearhead the creative vision for our agency and our clients, developing compelling and sophisticated marketing campaigns that resonate with wealthy consumers in South Florida. Your mission is to elevate our agency's creative output and ability to win and expand client business, helping to ensure that every piece of content, design, and strategy aligns with our clients' premium positioning and drives measurably superior results. Key Responsibilities Help oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and performance effectiveness Drive and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, videographers and digital specialists to produce high-quality, innovative marketing content Develop comprehensive brand/creative strategies for digital campaigns, including CTV, social media, owned media, email marketing, and other forms of paid advertising Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into compelling creative solutions that evolve their Brand Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind proposed solutions Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure creative concepts align with data-driven insights and campaign objectives Stay current with luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing innovations motivating the South Florida consumer to act Most Desired Experience and Competencies 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with proven results in digital marketing for premium brands or products Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive performance metrics, such as brand affinity, purchase likelihood and sales lift Deep understanding of the luxury market and affluent consumer behavior in Southern Florida Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative professionals of various experience Strong proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with other leading digital marketing tools and platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and clients Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus Measures of Success Improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) for client campaigns, including revenue lift, return on ad spend, brand affinity and purchase likelihood Positive client feedback (measured in clear compliments) and increased client retention rates Recognition and awards for creative excellence in the premium marketing space Material growth in the agency's portfolio of luxury clients in South Florida Successful development and retention of top creative talent within the agency The ideal candidate will bring a perfect dynamic blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the premium brand consumer who spends significant portions of their time transacting in South Florida.
