From cracking the brief to polishing in production, you possess an unwavering passion for building brand moments, and come equipped with a diverse toolbox of solutions to solve marketing problems. The Details: Location: Our US Creative team is primarily Chicago-based, but we encourage candidates within NYC, Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle markets to apply. Start Date: ASAP Travel: Presentations, working sessions, team gatherings, and presence at on-site activations are expected, up to 10%. Commitment: The successful candidate will work and track 40 hrs/week. However, our dynamic creative environment is not your traditional 9-5. We regularly operate across time zones, deadlines, event and production schedules, etc., made possible thanks to the shared trust, commitment, and accountability of team members. We do require flexibility from our employees to accommodate project needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and produce amazing ideas – across many mediums and crafts (a conceptual generalist) Leading end-to-end projects from strategy and concept thru to production Work in tandem with senior creatives, designers, junior team members, strategists, producers and client service teams Ability to extend thinking into digital/social, PR, retail, and beyond Prepare presentations and pitches and present them effectively Willingness to roll up sleeves and “do” when needed, and step back to “guide” when appropriate Possess a strong business acumen, working with PMs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget Support in resourcing, budgeting, vendor/partner integration, etc. Foster a positive environment on the team, participating/leading in team culture, training, and building the future of Mosaic creative. QUALIFICATIONS

5-10 years progressive agency experience Works successfully both independently and in collaborative settings Strong background in art or copy Conceptual thinker: you’re obsessed with ideas and what makes the best ones better than the rest Experience in event, experiential, and live creative Possesses a malleable creative skill set that enables you to move seamlessly between project types, including but not limited to Event, B2B, Conference, Sampling, and beyond Passion for innovation, trends, and knowledge sharing Experience with tech-forward clients and categories Strong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling way Creative leadership skills, with an ability to inspire young creatives, and guide effective art direction and copywriting at junior levels Brand steward for assigned clients – able to master the ins and outs of their voice, visual language brand ethos Are both connected & collaborative – a culture vulture with deep tentacles and interests in culture, tech, music, television, etc, and passion for sharing
