Minimum of 2 years retail management or supervisory experience. Ability to operate POS/Cash Register and supervise store staff. Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance. Pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry. Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive motions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations. Supervise store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Provide coaching, training, and development to staff. Maintain good relations with customers and donors, resolve complaints efficiently. Coordinate team meetings during shifts. Ensure compliance with directives and guidelines. Train new personnel on store policies. Communicate personnel issues to the District Sales Manager and handle disciplinary actions as needed. Complete all assigned tasks from management. Manage paperwork, inventory, and store standards. Oversee back room processing and donation site operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Safeguard cash, manage cash receipts, and ensure adequate change at opening. Attend monthly store meetings and assist with safety measures. Protect property and facilities.
