We are seeking a strong management candidate who can help oversee the store team and management of the inventory and follow the franchise system in our flagship franchise store.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory, backstock bins, and storage containers by moving bins of product in and out on a daily basis.
  • Manage hanging and running of bins of apparel product, maintaining full, shoppable and organized racks, and marking down product
  • Manage our team of 10-15 people for productivity and efficiency
  • Cover shifts as necessary in the event of call-outs.
  • Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying softwareRunning a boutique with passion and drive

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
