What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our resort. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing staff schedules and daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Providing excellent customer service to pet owners, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Overseeing the care and well-being of pets, ensuring they receive the highest level of attention.
- Supporting the Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Helping to train and guide team members to uphold our high standards of care and service.
- Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure the resort is always well-stocked.
We’re searching for someone who shares our love for animals and has the skills to make a positive impact on our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Passion: A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
