Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and talented architectural designer with 0-35 years of professional experience for an established architectural design firm in North Dallas. You will work on multifamily residential projects and contribute to dynamic architectural design efforts.
Candidate must have a good amount of experience in concept design with a strong skill set of SketchUp.

• 0-3 years’ professional experience within an architectural firm with emphasis in design phases of large-scale projects. Must have concept design experience. 
• Multifamily experience preferred
• Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred with a rigorous design education
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills
• Meticulous with all drawings
• Time management skills to honor deadlines and schedules
• Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients
• Ability to use 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, PhotoShop, In Design and Illustrator , and PowerPoint
• Ability to produce hand sketch conceptual / schematic drawings
