Established in 1987, it is a merger of professional individuals with extensive technical backgrounds and a diverse range of experience spanning 37 years.
Position Summary:
This is a on-site part-time position with the potential to become a full time position.
Provides CAD drafting support and assist in administrative and other related tasks as assigned.
We expect the intern to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. We also expect the intern to demonstrate developing design/technical skills and professionalism respective of your level of experience
Responsibilities:
- Production of Drawings and Specifications
- Development of Design Ideas
- Communication with Clients
- Coordination of Construction Documents and Consultant Drawings
- Participation in Field Observations
- Attending Construction and Client Meetings
- General office Support
Skills and Abilities:
- Associates Degree in Architecture Technology
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Sketchup.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is highly valued to bridge gaps with clients
