Design Development, Production & Documentation- approximately 55%:
• Assist in conceptual, schematic and design development phases.
• Use Revit, AutoCAD, and other software to produce accurate drawings, models and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with team members and other office staff to refine design concepts, materials and detailing.
Construction Documentation- approximately 35%:
• Develop and maintain accurate construction drawings, plans and technical details.
• Ensure drawings comply with zoning regulations, building codes, ADA/Fair Housing accessibility, and sustainability standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to integrate design components.
Project Coordination & Collaboration- approximately 5%:
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients, consultants and municipal agencies.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain project flow.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations, and reporting on project status.
Construction Support- approximately 5%:
• Support the permitting process and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct site visits (as needed) and participate in construction meetings to verify design intent and quality control.

• Be a professional representative of the Architecture Group in public and with clients.
• Be an active participant in all company scheduled events whether during work hours or not; attendance is required for Promotion opportunities.
• Work independently yet collaboratively within your design team
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
