What We're Looking For in an Appointment Scheduler

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficiency in medical terminology is essential to facilitate effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Familiarity with insurance processes is preferred, as this knowledge will help you navigate patient inquiries and scheduling efficiently. While experience with current EMR systems is advantageous, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
