Key Responsibilities Support aircraft lease renewal negotiations and related projects. Review agreements to identify improvement opportunities. Build relationships with aircraft lessors and legal counsel. Coordinate with legal teams to document commercial terms. Assist with aircraft novations and transfers, ensuring contractual compliance. Monitor lease obligations and manage internal databases. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on lease matters. Handle ad hoc fleet administration projects. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience with contracts and aircraft knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
