• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support the build and execution of sales tasking strategy
• Serve as subject matter expert in cadencing tools such as SalesLoft, GrayMatter, and Salesforce
• Source requirements from sales and develop business cases for new customer engagement strategies and technological improvements
• Partner with the Data Science team to develop experiment plans and estimate the impact of different outbound communication strategies
• Monitor sales tasking KPIs and make recommendations for improvement

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative role
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in Python preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to extract insights from data
