Lucernex & Alteryx Workflow Integration Consultant w Real Estate Systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Execute milestone data migration within Lucernex.
- Update and optimize Alteryx workflows.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting, change management, and deployment activities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with real estate or facilities management SaaS platforms (Lucernex preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow automation and data transformation.
- Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server (data querying and manipulation).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project implementation.
- Ability to manage tasks and drive execution independently.
