Pay rate $20.00/Hour.

Shift: (1) 4am-11am & (1) 11am-10:30pm- Flexible to work from Mon-Sun (7 days a week).

Part-Time position.

The Airport Customer Service Representative. provides assistance and information to airport passengers. 

Essential Functions

• Acts as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers 
• Greets and engages with passengers in and around the terminal area to offer assistance with directions, flight information and general inquiries 
• Explains to passengers what services are available to them at the airport 

Responsibilities

• Stationed at various airport locations, including the main ticket lobby level to answer questions and provide information to passengers.
• Greet passengers arriving from international flights.
• Bin running for TSA
• Other duties as required.
• Standing and walking all day
•  (Other duties may be assigned.)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish (Fluent)
• Must be available to work on weekends, especially Sundays.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Customer Service Experience
• 1 yr of similar work experience
