* Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
* Track income, expenses, and budgets using **Microsoft Excel** or other accounting software.
* Generate invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
* Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries with assistance from **GPT-4**.
* Create visual and video assets using **Leonardo.ai** and **CapCut** for client presentations or marketing content.
* Use **GPT-4** for drafting correspondence, generating reports, and automating routine tasks.
* Manage projects and timelines using **Microsoft Project** and **Microsoft Planner**.
* Leverage **GoHighLevel** for CRM tasks, automation workflows, and client onboarding processes.
* Conduct research and summarize findings using **GPT-4** and **Microsoft Stream**.
* Handle email correspondence with AI-enhanced efficiency, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
* **Tools**:

* Experience with **GPT-4** for content creation, data summaries, and automation.

* **Technical Skills**:
