JOB DESCRIPTION
To excel in this position:
- Complete front desk operations protocols.
- Possess experience in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lashes.
- Possess experience in services such as: Permanent Makeup (PMU), microneedling, dermaplaning and providing customized facials based off of skincare needs
- Follow esthetic operations protocols effectively.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, actively listen to needs, and ensure client satisfaction with before and after pictures.
- Ensure accurate documentation on approved Lash and Company Electronic Devices.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous bedside manner.
- Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after service.
- Solicit referrals and reviews regularly.
- Stay up-to-date on treatments, protocols, and products.
- Attend continuing education opportunities.
- Embrace and integrate Lash and Company protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Provide skincare regimens and promote recommended products.
- Demonstrate strong service sales skills.
- Proficiently handle front desk duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to the dress code and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including one closing shift and one weekend day.
