Advanced Software Engineer Location: Honeywell International, Inc., Atlanta, GA Responsibilities: Bring new SaaS product ideas to life by reviewing and assessing development requirements, developing user interfaces, and creating feature specifications. Design, architect, and verify requirements for highly available and fault-tolerant capabilities. Analyze existing applications or formulate logic for new applications, including procedures, flowcharting, coding, and debugging programs. Assist other groups in product development against these services. Stay current on latest User Interface trends. Develop basic to moderately complex code using front-end and back-end programming languages across multiple platforms in collaboration with business and technology teams. Create and deliver program specifications for code development and support on multiple projects, with a broad understanding of applications and databases. Analyze, modify, and develop code/unit tests, and document applications concisely. Perform testing and validation for code changes and address deficiencies with corrective measures. Support leadership in designing and enforcing business and infrastructure application standards, including controls, procedures, and monitoring for compliance. Provide estimates for tasks, resources, initiatives, and projects. Assist in on-the-job training and guide other software engineers and team peers.
