Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Answer phones and take detailed messages.
  • Organize Client files with new and renewing paperwork.
  • Marketing support -Prepare RFP’s update cost, benefits & quoting.
  • Manage account documentation through the database and client websites.
  • Coordinating emails through Microsoft Outlook

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or secretarial or equivalent
  • Exceptional organization, proficient writing and editing skills
  • Manage customer service requests
  • Time coordination skills
  • Licensed in Health & Benefit Insurance, not necessary, but a plus

Skills Required:

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Word Press, Employee Navigator and Social Media a plus.
