OBJECTIVE:
The primary function of this position will be as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will be responsible for generating invoices, processing customer payments and interacting with customers via phone and e-mail. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned)

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain up-to-date billing processes while submitting invoices and statements to customers
• Carry out billing, collecting, and reporting activities according to specific month end and year end deadlines
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs, concerns and issues
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Self-starter and problem solver
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced progressive management team and meet deadlines

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum of 2-year accounting degree, preferred
Experience:
3 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
Prior customer service experience and a livestock background will be helpful, but not required
Work Environment:
Office setting located in Pipestone, MN
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking and ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per day
Additional Requirements:
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
