Job Description:

• Enter PO and Non-PO invoices into SAP.
• Follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Process disbursement runs.
• Process expense reimbursements for inside & outside employees.
• Reconcile Corporate Purchasing Cards.
• Research invoice processing exceptions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years accounting experience required
• Basic Microsoft Excel required
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Analyticalmust be detail oriented
• Problem solving skills essential
• Self-motivatedability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
