Where is the work: This position has been designated as onsite.
What you will do: Trane Technologies' early career student program internships provide current graduate students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our companys senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelors in Human Resources Management, exposure to a variety of specialization and generalist assignments, including Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Generalist assignments.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.00/hr. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
