Fellows will have exposure to the executive team through mentorship, project work, and meetings. The fellowship consists of core rotations in areas such as Administration, Clinical Operations, Finance, Quality, and Human Resources. Fellows will spend time shadowing and working on projects with key leaders in each of the rotations to gain perspective on day-to-day operations and decisions faced by healthcare leaders.
