Contract 1G Rollout Welder Job Description

This job description is for a Contract 1G Rollout Welder position. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience in MIG, Roll Out, Welding.

The primary responsibility of this position is to weld metal parts together using a MIG welder. The welder will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up the welding equipment, and welding the parts together according to specifications. The welder will also be responsible for inspecting the welds for defects and making any necessary repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and be able to work independently. The candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Set up the welding equipment
• Welding the parts together according to specifications
• Inspect the welds for defects and make any necessary repairs

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of experience in MIG, Roll Out, Welding
• Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques
• Ability to work independently
