Position : School Nurse (LPN/RN) 1:1 Support
Location : Near Williamsville, NY
Job Type : Part-Time, Contract (~20 hours/week; split shifts)
Start Date : September 3, 2025
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 medical support for an elementary-aged studentattending an out-of-district program. This is a part-timeroleis during the20252026 school year.
Accompany the student on the bus to and from school (split shift schedule)
Monitorand respond to medical needs throughout transport
Maintain clear communication with school personnel and parents regarding the student's health status
Ensure the students safety and well-being in both transport and classroom settings
Approx. 20 hours/week
Split Shift :
Morning Route: 7:30 AM 9:30 AM
Afternoon Route: 1:30 PM 3:30 PM
Parking available at the district transportation office
Active LPN (or RN) license in New York State
Experience with seizure monitoring and medically complex children is required
Comfortable with trach care , suctioning, and G-tube feeding
Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
